The below Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Hamper Fiesta website. By engaging in our service, you’re assumed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions - and are therefore bound by these Terms and Conditions, at all times, whilst interacting with our brand.

PRODUCTS INFORMATION

Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return and Refund Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products ,We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. In addition to this, because Some of our items are handmade, they may differ slightly from product to product. Any variation that may exist in colour, product and clothing or otherwise, is not considered a fault and is instead reflective of the uniqueness of each item.
 
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDER

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by us. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 
You understand that some of your information may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. 
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

PROCESSING TIME

All order are custom made , estimate time of processing is one to two weeks , please contact us at orders@hamperfiesta.com.au if you required urgent order 
 
GIFTING OF ALCOHOL

Bouquets, gifts, hampers and extras included in this website that contain alcohol may only be sold to individuals over the age over 18 years. Penalties of $6,000+ apply for supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years. Penalties of $500+ apply for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor. Upon delivery, proof of age may be requested by the courier driver.
 
CORPORATE AND BULK ORDERS

Bulk orders must be approved in writing by the customer with agreement to payment terms.
Orders are accepted on the condition that the goods will be produced and invoiced at the price ruling at the date the goods are dispatched. The Customer shall make payment to Hampers Fiesta according to the due date on the invoice. The customer acknowledges that any breach of payment terms will enable Hampers Fiesta to exercise its rights to cancel the order and take legal action for the recovery of payment outstanding.
Credit card payments may attract a processing fee of up to 2.5%. No fees apply for direct deposit payments; however, orders will not be processed until payment is received. The Customer shall not be entitled to withhold payment of any sums after they become due by reason of counter claim.
No bulk order will be put into processing or production until payment has been received in full.
In the event that the Customer specifies a delivery date, Hampers Fiesta will use its best endeavors to comply with the Customers request. In no circumstances will Hampers Fiesta be liable for any loss or damages in the event that it is not able to comply with the customer’s request for delivery at a certain time. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will not make a claim against Hampers Fiesta where preferred delivery dates are not met.
Orders placed with Hampers Fiesta cannot be cancelled without written acknowledgement and approval. In the event that Hampers Galore accepts the cancellation of any order placed, we shall be entitled to charge a reasonable fee for any work completed on behalf of the Customer to the date of the cancellation and may include fees for processing, cancellation and restocking.
 
DELIVERY POLICY

Our deliveries are made by a Third Party Couriers. The delivery times provided by us are estimates only.. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. Hamper Fiesta cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
Please note that all packages will be left in a safe place determined by the driver, if no note has been added by you for delivery instructions.
Once your order has been shipped, Hamper Fiesta cannot accept responsibility for loss or any damage to your package. Please see Shipping and Delivery Policy for more details

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars unless specified.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATION

Choose carefully and check your order before submitting. Once orders have been placed we can not adjust or cancel orders After the Order processed and ready to be dispatched, however you can return orders for full refund (excluding shipping costs, if applicable). Please see for our Return and Refund Policy for more information

Hamper Fiesta is not liable for any losses or damages caused by this website or any website linked to or from this website. We reserve the right to refuse any order without giving reason. Upon cancellation of an order we will make all reasonable attempts to contact you using the details provided. All received payment will be refunded using the method received.
