Returns & Refunds

Our hampers are dispatched within 1-2 working days of the order being process and completed and it is advisable that if an error has been made or if you wish to cancel the order, to contact us immediately.

Orders cannot be amended or cancelled once they have been prepared and are with our couriers for delivery.

If the hamper has left our warehouse but has not yet been delivered, it will first need to be delivered to the recipient and then returned to us as we are unable to redirect an order once it is already on the road and the delivery amount is payable and the reminder of amount will be refunded

If there is a change of mind after the order has been delivered, then all the items must be returned to our warehouse at the customer’s own cost and all items must be unopened and undamaged. Once the returned items are received by our warehouse, a refund may be issued. Please contact us for further information.

If you would like to amend your order, please contact us Immediately placing the order .Orders are processed quickly and we cannot guarantee to make changes to your order without charges once it is already in production, particularly with personalised items. If personalised items have been processed, fees may apply to your amendment.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM

We are proud of the quality and presentation of our hampers and Each item is inspected thoroughly before it is sent out with care.

Please note we cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left our care.

In the event that your hamper or its contents are incorrect or Damage or faulty, please contact us within 3 days upon received of the hamper with your order number and Photos so that we can better understand the extent of the damage or issues with the product.

If it is necessary for the product to be sent back to us we will email you a return label to cover the cost of the shipping.

we’ll refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after receiving your order.

All refunds for orders placed via our website will be made via the original payment method used. For corporate orders that were invoiced, we will require bank details. Please contact us for further information.
NOTE ON ALTERNATE PRODUCT

You may occasionally receive an item in a hamper or chocolate bouquet that is slightly different from what is pictured, this may be in colour, flavour or type. While it is always our aim to send you exactly what is pictured, we do occasionally run out of stock and may need to use an alternative product to finish off your gift. When this happens, we always choose an item that is as close to the original item as possible, and is of equal or greater value.
